There is no account and no cloud copy. The app only goes online for three things, and none of them carry your data: an update check, which you can switch off; reading a job post when you paste its link; and exchange rates when you ask for them.

A few questions first.
A spreadsheet can hold rows, but it can't hold a search. Once you're also tracking interview rounds, prep notes, resume versions and competing offers, keeping it all in one sheet turns into its own project. Seisin keeps the application, the interview prep, the resume you sent and the offer you got on the same record, and builds the analysis from it automatically, without a formula in sight.
Those are polished web apps with an account, your data on their servers, and the useful parts usually behind a monthly plan.
Seisin is a different shape. It runs entirely on your machine with no login, and turns your search into real analysis for free, today, not held back as a paid add-on. Premium will add depth on top of that, and it will never touch your own data or history. That stays yours.
The core tracker, your full history and today's analytics stay free for as long as you use Seisin, and nothing free today gets taken away.
A single premium tier is planned for later this year, adding more depth on top of that free core, priced for someone in the middle of a job search. The core app stays free either way.
The free plan does have a few limits. Exporting a resume is 10/month, exporting a cover letter is 3/week, and adding new contacts to Network is 20 in your first 30 days, then 5/month, all of which reset on a schedule. Each contact can also be linked to one application at a time. Saving, editing and viewing are never limited, and nothing you already have is removed. Settings shows what is left and when each limit resets.

The installers aren't code-signed yet, so Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper flag them by default. Each download page has the exact steps to get past it. It's a one-time thing per install.
