Save any job in one click
The Seisin extension reads the job posting you are looking at and sends it to the Seisin app on your own computer, so you never copy and paste a role, a company or a description. It is free, and saving is unlimited.

Open Seisin, then connect
The extension saves jobs into the Seisin app, so the app needs to be installed and open. Then open any job posting, click the Seisin mark at the top right of the page, click Connect, and click Allow in the Seisin window. The steps are below.

One click from the posting to your tracker
Open a job posting and a small Seisin mark appears at the top right of the page. Click it, check the role and company the extension found, and choose Planned or Applied. The job is then in Seisin with its location, salary, work type and the full description, which stays after the advert comes down.
Saving a job four steps, about ten seconds
- 1. Open a posting
- The Seisin mark appears at the top right of the page.
- 2. Click the mark
- The toolbar icon, or Alt+Shift+S (Option+Shift+S on a Mac), opens the same card.
- 3. Check the details
- Role, company and description are filled in. Change anything that is wrong.
- 4. Choose a status
- Planned if you will apply later, Applied if you already have.
Under Add details you can attach the resume you sent and a note. If Seisin is closed when you save, the job waits in your browser and goes in the next time you open the extension with Seisin running.
Connecting it
You only need to link it once
The extension needs the free Seisin desktop app, which has to be installed and open the first time you connect. After that the connection is remembered.
First time one-off setup
- 1. Install Seisin
- Download it for Windows, macOS or Linux and open it.
- 2. Add the extension
- Install it from the Chrome, Edge or Firefox store.
- 3. Click Connect
- On any job posting, open the card and click Connect.
- 4. Click Allow in Seisin
- A prompt appears in the Seisin window. The card carries on by itself.
If you would rather not use the prompt, Settings in Seisin shows a one-time code under Browser Extension. Choose "Use a code instead" in the extension and type it in.
Where it works
Any board or careers page that publishes its details
The extension recognises a posting from the details the page itself publishes, so it works on thousands of company career sites as well as the big boards, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Hiring Cafe, Handshake, Greenhouse, Lever and Workday. Where it cannot find a field, you type it in. If the mark does not appear on a page, the toolbar icon and Alt+Shift+S (Option+Shift+S on a Mac) still open the card.
You can hide the mark on any site with one click.
Where the data goes
Nothing leaves your computer
To show its mark, the extension checks each page you open for a job posting, inside your browser. That check sends nothing and keeps no record. Only when you save does it send the posting, and it goes to the Seisin app on your own computer and nowhere else. There is no account, no cloud and no analytics.
